2. Description of Service

Pokodrop provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables print shops, copy centers, and businesses to receive documents from customers via contactless QR code drop points. The service utilizes a Zero-Knowledge End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) architecture where documents are encrypted client-side before transmission and stored as encrypted ciphertext.

3. Account Security & Cryptographic Key Responsibility

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

You agree not to use the platform to transmit, store, or process any materials that:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Contain malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any destructive computer code.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, patent, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Involve unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Pokodrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Cancellation

• Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for new shop registrations. During the trial period, you receive access to standard subscription features without obligation.
• AutoPay & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or disable AutoPay at any time directly from your shop billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your currently paid billing term.
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners. Pokodrop does not store or process complete payment card numbers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Pokodrop service, including its software, user interface design, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pokodrop and its licensors.

You and your customers retain full ownership of all documents, files, and data uploaded to the platform. Pokodrop claims no ownership rights over your encrypted document contents.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Pokodrop platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Pokodrop, its founders, directors, employees, or infrastructure partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, business interruption, or unauthorized document tampering arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. If a change is material, we will provide notice on our website or via email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
